we have dinner rolls smeared on top with a delicious honey butter -all in all good product but you have to ask for it. If I know the cook time will be long (kitchen is slow or after 10-15 when they order MW/W 2″ thick tenderloins I will send in an order.
last night I had a woman complain AFTER grandmom paid and stiffed me (luckily they ate cheap $68 for 3 adults and 2 brats) that her pasta didnt come with bread like others around her. Mind you she had over 1/2 the rolls she asked for untouched in front of her. I apologized for the lapse and pointed out since she order hers and hers kids pasta split with sep. plates for the pasta, noodles, and sauce that it got lost in the shuffle. It didnt help that she sent back all but 1 side of meatballs and 1 sauce when they arrived. Sister also ordered a chicken breast without saying the word fried on a dish with chicken and noodles.
The stiffing didnt suprise me as the payee was the only guest at the table with without a litnay of complaints. The way they went about ordering was pretty calculated to set up their complaints. I got my revenge at night’s end -my only diff table and my 3rd best night since my new job opened (Dec 22nd) with 2nd best the night before.
