Write a book, start training other restaurant industry employees, make t-shirts from your key thoughts, etc… People like the truth…even when it stings. Hope to see you on tv. i just found this blog and have spent time foregoing sleep to read through your archives.
I started in the industry at 16 and 5 years later, I’m paying my way through school as a server. I’m turning many of my co-workers on to this site.
I absolutely love it! Keep us posted if a book is coming.
